Now with only 2 more stops to go, the Aquafadas Digital World Tour held its last European event yesterday in Barcelona. Located in the stunning Museum of Contemporary Art, guests were in for a captivating evening of digital publishing tips, tricks and insights for the future.
To kick off the presentations, Achille Coenegracht gave attendees the lowdown on what’s in store for the future of mobile communication. Followed by Aquafadas partner, Merce Roldos, presenting simple solutions for cutting digital publishing costs without sacrificing on aesthetic design.
A New Marketing Formula
Next up were special guest speakers from Labarber Multimedia, Nacho Labarga and Pablo Berraondo, the masterminds behind the stunning MARCA Plus digital magazine. The Spanish entrepreneurs designed and created a unique digital app for the football sector, and then integrated innovative marketing tools available via Aquafadas solutions. The two explained how they utilize the analytics feature to manage their user database in order to see trends or popular topics for their readers. They now have an average in-app duration of 46mins per user.
The MARCA Plus app also achieved 100 consecutive days as the most downloaded app in Spain on both iTunes and Google Play – an incredible achievement!
To finish off the evening, guests enjoyed cocktails with the team and speakers, and the opportunity to share their personal experiences in digital publishing.
