Aquafadas has presented the compatibility of its Digital Publishing System with its HTML5 animations creation application: MotionComposer.

Tablets and smartphones are the ideal medium for data reading and distribution. Documents, magazines and books are now readable on these new media but are often simple transpositions of paper versions. Tomorrow, they will be genuine interactive and animated documents.

Aquafadas’ digital publication solution is easy to handle and fulfils the requirements of businesses and professionals in the press and publishing sector, an additionally allows you to create, without the production of a single line of code, applications containing interactive and enriched digital documents.

The digital documents are created automatically from .pdf files or XML data and published automatically in the applications. Documents can also be created from standard publishing packages such as Adobe® InDesign® or QuarkXpress®.

For distribution of these documents, the Aquafadas solution proposes application templates for iPhone and iPad, ready for use and easy to customise. These templates offer a wide choice of options essential for monetising and marketing of the applications: “in-app” purchase, subscription, notifications, integration with Apple’s Newsstand.

Enrich its HTML animation applications without writing a single line of code

To simply create a dynamic graphic for an activity report or add animated illustrations to a story for children is possible by creating HTML5 animations. The MotionComposer application (109 € net of taxes) can design its own HTML5 interactive animations without production of a single line of code.

Based on familiar and intuitive concepts, such as slides or actions, MotionComposer is very user-friendly. All that is required is the movement of  images and texts into the work area, before moving these to animate them.

MotionComposer is proposing to export its animations to Aquafadas’ Digital Publishing System, in order to integrate them easily into a digital document.

Aquafadas’ Digital Publishing System has already been adopted by major groups such as Largardere Active, Air France, UEFA, UBM LLC and Egmont.
