On the iPad, learning the alphabet is child’s play

Friday, December 10th, 2010

We are happy to propose you the latest application for the iPad from Aquafadas: Alphabet – Fun and play.

A fun, colorful and instructive application for the little ones to help them with their ABCs. Beautiful like a book, fun like a first game.

Each letter of the alphabet has its own unique universe full of images and sounds. You can return to the whole alphabet view at the slide of a finger. The worlds of each letter are interconnected to one another, inviting the child to discover more about each letter’s universe.

Turning the iPad to landscape mode, the child can learn more about a letter like how to write it or which words start with it.

Download it here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/alphabet-apprendre-en-samusant/id406940208?mt=8

The “drawing” feature requires the reader to trace a letter along dashes, and points are rewarded for accuracy. The scores are saved on the high scores table so kids can challenge each other, and even themselves. They learn while enjoying themselves!
