The next version of our InDesign plugins will enable graphic designers and publishers to create EPUB 3 documents for iBooks directly from Aquafadas plugin for Adobe InDesign, without requiring knowledge of the EPUB 3 format. Moreover, the EPUB 3 export will maintain as many of the original enrichments as soon as possible: slideshows, videos, audio, read-aloud, and more will be transposed in EPUB 3 without requiring any additional work.

Just for clarification, do your tools produce ePub3 or Apple’s Fixed Layout ePub or both?
